Key Fob Battery

Key fob battery replacement is often an easy thing you can do yourself.  Car keys usually have one coin cell battery, occasionally two.    Different makes and models of cars take different batteries so you will need to confirm the size you need from your owners manual.  Common sizes in key fobs are CR1620, CR2025, and CR2450.  There are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to replace batteries.
