RMA – Request for Return – Royal Battery Sales

At Royal Battery Sales, we aim to make returns simple and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return your item.

1. Request an RMA

  • Email [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • Product name / SKU
    • Reason for return
  • You’ll receive your RMA number and return instructions within 48 business hours.
  • Important: All returns must include an RMA number on the package. Returns without it may be refused.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and resalable.
  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund, even if they fall outside standard conditions — please provide photos or a description when requesting an RMA.
  • Special orders / custom items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Items returned after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund, but you can contact us to discuss store credit or alternative solutions.

3. Prepare Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in the original box.
  • Include any manuals, accessories, or extras.
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping Your Return

  • You may ship the item prepaid or bring it directly to our Toronto store.
  • Keep the tracking number for your records if shipping.
  • Note: If you were eligible for free or discounted shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Package Refusals

  • If a package is refused at delivery, it will be returned to us.
  • Customers should contact support to request an RMA before reshipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will follow standard inspection and policy rules once the package is received.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard RMA/return process.
  • Any refunds will follow the same terms, including shipping deductions if applicable.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
  • Expect your refund to appear within 5–10 business days.
  • For defective items, you may choose replacement instead of a refund.
