Description

Compact 5-in-1 battery checker, balancer, discharger, internal resistance tester, and servo tester for hobby battery packs.

The Tenergy 5-in-1 Cell Meter is designed for checking and maintaining RC, hobby, and rechargeable battery packs. It can display battery capacity, voltage, cell balance, and internal resistance for compatible lithium, NiMH, and NiCd packs.

5-in-1 Functions

• Battery capacity checker: Displays capacity and voltage for LiPo, LiFePO4, Li-ion, NiCd, and NiMH battery packs.
• Battery balancer: Checks individual cell balance to help optimize battery performance and service life.
• Battery discharger: Discharges lithium-based battery packs before charging when required.
• Internal resistance tester: Displays the internal resistance of each lithium battery cell to help identify weak or aging cells.
• ESC / Servo / PPM tester: Sends a PPM signal to test and adjust servo motors.

Compatible Battery Packs

• NiMH / NiCd battery packs: 4–7 cells
• LiPo / Li-ion / LiFePO4 battery packs: 1–7 cells

Important Connector Notes

• The cell meter uses the battery being tested as its power source.
• Li-ion, LiPo, and LiFePO4 hobby battery packs require a balance connector for testing.
• NiMH and NiCd battery packs require a Hitec / Futaba connector or compatible adapter.
• Li-ion, LiPo, and LiFePO4 packs without a balance connector cannot be tested with this meter.
