The IBS-DBS allows a manual link start when the starting battery is 8.5 volts or higher. The Relay Booster Module upgrade allows a manual link start when the starting battery is as low as 5 volts.

IBS systems without the booster module upgrade allow a manual link start when your battery is at 8.5 volts
