Group 151R Battery

The average dimensions of a 151R are:

Length: 7.4375″ / 188 mm
Width: 4.9375″ / 125 mm
Height: 8.875″ / 225 mm
The positive terminal is on the right.

This compact sized 12 volt car battery is commonly found in Honda Fit, Honda CRZ and Honda Civic Prius models.

Please note that the 151R is not the same size as a 51R – see our 51R batteries. Upgrading to a 51R is common because it offers higher cranking amps, however, it does require tray modification because of the difference in size.
