Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post
  • GLS
  • FedEx
  • Purolator
  • UPS
  • Freight carriers (for large or restricted batteries)

Shipping costs and delivery methods are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery location.

Free Shipping

Some products qualify for free shipping within select areas of Ontario.

Because our products vary in size, weight, and shipping classification, free shipping eligibility depends on both the product and the delivery location.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped using standard courier services due to size, weight or Dangerous Goods regulations.

Products that may have shipping limitations include:

  • Large lead-acid batteries
  • Flooded (wet) batteries
  • Certain lithium batteries
  • Oversized batteries used in industrial, solar or backup systems
  • Heavy or bulky items such as solar panels, large battery chargers and other heavy equipment

When a product cannot be shipped by standard courier, the following options may be available:

  • Local delivery within select Ontario regions
  • In-store pickup
  • Freight shipping (quote required)
